How to prepare for a Sound Bath:

  • Please wear comfortable clothing

  • Please bring a yoga mat (we have a limited amount available to borrow)

  • Please bring anything that may help you feel more comfortable (i.e., pillow, blanket, eye mask).

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early

  • Power off cell phones
